What began as a technical integration in November 2025 has evolved into a deep co-development partnership. Our teams are jointly building and refining the next generation of AI-powered 3D generation technology, combining Tencent Cloud’s world-class infrastructure and AI research with our product expertise and direct insight into what millions of creators actually need.

Why This Partnership Matters

As a consumer-facing SaaS product, we serve a global audience that expects 3D generation to be fast, consistent, and reliable every single time. When demand spikes unexpectedly or a model fails to generate properly, users notice immediately. We needed a partner who could co-develop solutions at the infrastructure level, not just provide off-the-shelf APIs, but actively work with us to optimize generation quality, latency, and reliability for our specific use cases.

Tencent HY 3D Global has become the backbone of our core 3D generation feature. Rather than simply consuming an API, we co-develop on top of this technology: our team feeds real-world usage data, creator feedback, and product requirements directly into the development process, while Tencent Cloud’s AI research team iterates on model quality, speed, and output consistency. The result is a system that is purpose-built for the demands of a live creative platform.

Integrating HY 3D Global gave us the stability and scalability we needed to deliver a consistent experience even during traffic surges. It also freed us to focus on what we do best: building great product experiences, shipping features faster, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in browser-based 3D creation.
